Traveling In For Your Hair Extension Experience

Austin is one of the funnest cities to visit! The live music capitol of the US, sunshine, and endless pool parties. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect and plan for if you’d like to fly in to get your hair done:

WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU ARE FLYING OR DRIVING IN TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE:

We will do a virtual Consultation for your initial consult. An In-person follow up consult will be necessary for a color match and final decision on day 1.

For New Guests traveling In: Plan on staying for at least 3 full days. I need to see you in person to determine the proper amount of hair and color needed for your extensions. Day 2 is reserved for me to prep your extension hair and color your natural hair, and day 3 is your application.

First Appointment: Color Consultation, Custom Color applied, and follow up Hair Extensions Consultation and Color Match if client initially had a virtual consult.

Second Appointment: Extension Installation applied 2 days minimum after the color match. I will overnight ship the hair (no shipping over the weekend). Plan to spend a full work day with me for your hair installation. Meals and drinks will be provided. Plan lots of extra time for your installation appointment because beautiful work can’t be rushed! Plus you’ll want to go out on the town to show off your new gorgeous head of hair off:)

For Return Guests Flying In: We may be able to finish the entire service in 1 full work day, as long as you are receiving the exact same service and chosen extension colors as your previous appointment and the appointment is a reasonable amount of time.

You are welcome to use our salon AMENITIES, including the Pool or gym, while you wait for your flight. delicious restaurants are just across the street from Vera Salon: Ember and True Food Kitchen!
